Our bottles are crafted from premium materials, and they are FSSC 22,000 certified, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Moreover, our bottles are 100% lead-free and toxin-free, ensuring that your products remain safe and healthy for consumption. In addition to our premium glass packaging, we offer a comprehensive range of caps and closures in a variety of colours, patterns, and sizes, allowing you to choose the perfect option that best suits your product. We also have an in-house decoration unit that offers custom-made labels and other decorations such as coating, frosting, foiling, and printing. These decorative elements help your brand stand out on the shelf and create a lasting impression on your customers. Our team of experts works closely with you to ensure that your packaging is not only visually appealing but also tailored to your unique branding needs.

Decoration Services

As a complete end-to-end global glass packaging specialist, we offer decoration services in all types of glass bottles. Our decoration facilities are located in Firozabad (India). We provide an integrated decoration service and technical expertise from concept artwork design to final commercial development. Our facility is supported by in-house design experts who provide innovative solutions for new variants or brand extensions and in-house labs to conduct process and quality checks. We have an experienced team to manage end-to-end new-product-development, tooling, production, and quality.

At Firozabad, India, our decoration facility, M M Deco Glass, is spread across 40,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with the state of art machinery and systems. In this facility, we have an in-house capability for printing (ceramic, organic, and pad in one or multiple colours), coating (lacquering), hot-foil stamping, rinsing (frosting), decal, fitment/ glueing, and external metallization.

Our global customers demand utmost quality with premium finishing and decoration to ensure that their aesthetically appealing glass packaging can emphasize the product’s uniqueness, quality, and exclusiveness. To satisfy our customer requirements, we continue to make focused investments to further improve and upgrade our decoration infrastructure in line with the global best practices.

Under the section of Decoration Capabilities:

PRINTING

We ensure accurate reproduction of text or logo on different sides and sections in different types of glass bottles through silk (screen) screen or pad printing in any color as per the Pantone Shade Card. We can provide multiple options in printing finish (matte, gloss, precious metal) and ink types (ceramic, UV, organic).

Our printing infrastructure consists of a mix of automatic lines and semi-automatic lines, which are integrated with annealing lehrs for heat curing and UV machines for UV printing curing. We also have latest automated multi-function 4-Colour screen-printing machine, automated multi-function machine with a combination of 2-Colour screen-printing cum HFS, and 3D automated multi-function printing machine. Our silk-screen lab is installed and commissioned by KBA-Kammann (Germany). We have a dedicated In-house machine workshop, screen lab, and ink lab. Our printing inks are sourced from Germany.

COATING

We provide coating (lacquering) of any colour as per the Pantone Shade Card in multiple variations of, Surface finish (gloss, satin, matte, glitter, fluorescent, UV lacquer, and many others), Coating pattern or spread (full, partial, mask), and Coating materials (metallic, pearl).

Our coating (lacquering) infrastructure consists of all fully automatic lines controlled by SCADATM PLC Technology and managed by an experienced team.

HOT FOIL STAMPING

In Hot Foil Stamping (HFS), a metallic foil is accurately transferred on the printed text for a radiant appearance. We offer multiple variations in the form of color of metallic (aluminum) foil (gold, silver, bronze, copper, etc.).

Our HFS infrastructure consists of a mix of automatic and semi-automatic lines along with an in-house dedicated machine and tool workshop.

FROSTING ( ETCHING RINSING )

Rinsing adds a satin-like appearance and silky-smooth surface to a glass-bottle. We provide two variations, either light-rinsing, for soft and transparent surface or heavy-rinsing, for rough and more opaque surface. In addition, we also provide masking for a partial-rinsing effect on the glass bottle.

Our rinsing infrastructure consists of all fully automatic lines. We have installed Effluent Treatment Plant and air scrubbers in all our lines to prevent environmental hazards and to maintain a safe working environment, in-line with international environmental protection norms.

LABELING

We paste labels at different sections creating unique decoration on glass bottles.

DECAL

We provide different designs in Decal as per the individual customer requirements.

MASKING

We apply masks at different sections, creating unique decoration on glass bottles.

EXTERNAL METALLIZATION

We provide metallization on the external surface of the glass bottle of any color.

SUSTAINABILITY

Embossment/debossment

Embossment/debossment is a unique element that characterizes the bottle permanently. The mark is carried by the moulds and forms a permanent embossment/debossment on the bottles. This skill is also widely used in wine and beer bottles which often shows its winery’s/ brewery name or brand.

Electroplating

Electroplating is the process of making use of electrolysis principle which is electroplated on some metal surfaces coated with a thin layer metal or metal alloy, and the technique of electrolytic action which was taken into use to make the surface of the metal or other material parts attached to a layer of metal film. And thus electroplating plays a role in enhancing the surface decoration of bottle.

Our in-house Corporate Design Center is a product of this commitment. From this state-of-the-art facility, we offer a complete range of design solutions to customers in categories as diverse as perfumes, cosmetics, skin-care, beverages, food, wine, and pharmaceuticals We also cover a wide range of packaging materials, components, and accessories in our designs. At this center, we have the cutting-edge infrastructure and an experienced team of professionals. We offer 3D industrial designs and are equipped with an in-house prototype and model making workshop.

At the Corporate Design Center, we continuously track the latest trends in fashion, perfumery, cosmetics, and art and incorporate best practices into our glass packaging solutions. As a result, our solutions are fresh, creative, and contemporary. We also create numerous design & creative options for decoration of glass to complete the entire concept of the product offering.

Our Corporate Design Center continuously focuses on innovation and development. We offer additional design support in the form of point of sale design, graphic design, merchandising designs, exhibition design, etc.
